Nieuw album Muse
Het nieuwe Muse-album Drones maakt alle verwachtingen waar.
De aankondiging van het de albumhoes en -titel van het album Drones van Muse ging twee en een halve maand geleden alvast niet onopgemerkt voorbij. Ongeveer alle media sprongen op het verhaal over de projectie van de albumhoes op het Koninklijk Paleis, al was dat enkel een tussenstop op de route die begon onder de VRT-toren en eindigde aan de Boekentoren in Gent. Nu wordt het lange wachten van de fans eindelijk beloond! Het nieuwe album van Muse is een feit.
Matt Bellamy over hun 7e studio album: To me, 'Drones' are metaphorical psychopaths which enable psychopathic behaviour with no recourse. The world is run by Drones utilizing Drones to turn us all into Drones. This album explores the journey of a human, from their abandonment and loss of hope, to their indoctrination by the system to be a human drone, to their eventual defection from their oppressors.
